Cambodia is a country of our neighbors who are both located in the Southeast Asia region. The country is bordered by Laos, Vietnam and Thailand. Unfortunately, there is no direct flight from Indonesia to Cambodia. Therefore, we have to transit in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok or Singapore. Total long trip from Jakarta to Phnom Penh is the capital of Cambodia is about 4 hours, and was likely to rise a couple of hours, depending on the length of time our transit.
Here are 5 major sights that must be visited in Cambodia:

1. Angkor Wat

This temple is a mainstay of the kingdom of Cambodia's tourist attractions. More than 50 percent of tourists who come to Cambodia to visit this historic objects. If visiting palaces and and Silver Pagoda, it is advisable to set off early (open from 8am), because at 11 o'clock to 2 pm, the palace complex is closed to tourists because the King is scheduled to hold an event and receive state guests at that hour. The palace will be opened at 2 pm.

3. Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the Killing Field

Still in Phnom Penh, other attractions are Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Basically this museum is a high school building that during the reign of Pol Pot used as a prison and place of torture.

Between 1975-1978, more than 17 thousand people have entered and tortured in this place and then taken to the slaughter (killing field) at Choeung Ek, located approximately 30 minutes drive from Phnom Penh.
In the Killing Field, we can see traces of the atrocities of Pol Pot through an audio tour. 4. Thmey Market
